Forgotten to add a handle? Haven't cared for gear correctly? Had a run in with puppy teeth?

1. Please email me at hello@wilddog.co.nz if you haven't done so, to give me a heads up about the incoming repair. 

2. Clean and sanitise item being sent back (dirty items will incur a fee).

3. Include a PAID & ADDRESSED return postbag in with item you are getting repaired and a note as to what you need in return.

5. Keep an eye on your email for repair costs/payment link (repairs start from $2).

I can exchange brand new unused items* for a replacement or refund  as long as there is sufficient stock for replacement.

4. Once item has arrived new item or refund will be processed. Please check your junk folder in case of an additional charge or refund notification.

*Slip collars cannot be exchanged as they are a made to order product, please measure carefully.
