Wild Dog does not assume responsibility for any duty, taxes or brokerage that may incur when posting internationally.

Products that have been damaged by chewing, or scratching are not eligible for exchange or refund. If there is an issue with your product upon delivery please send us a photo and return product for us to inspect to hello@wilddog.co.nz. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please use Wild Dog products responsibly, Wild Dog does not assume responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur when using our products. Please seek training advice where possible (we are happy to refer on to trainers in your area if you require). Do not tie up your dog with wild dog products and leave unattended
